Fast register
A touch-friendly ordering screen for counter, dine-in and takeaway, with modifiers, options and live totals.
Menus, deals and promotions
Menu items with option groups, meal deals built from your menu, and scheduled promotions.
Kitchen display (KDS)
Orders go straight to kitchen stations and the pass. Changes made after an order is sent show up as clear notices.
Till and cash management
Till sessions with an opening float, a cash ledger, blind counts, variance approval, and X and Z reports.
Payments
Cash and split tenders, change, and refunds now. Card payments through integrated terminals come next.
Inventory
Stock levels for each store, kept accurate by recipes and reservations, with stock counts and a full movement history.
Purchasing and receiving
Purchase orders, supplier packaging, and goods receiving that updates stock as deliveries arrive.
Product catalogue
Head office keeps one catalogue of products, variants and SKUs, which every store then sells from.
Multi-store and franchise
Several businesses and stores on one platform, with role-based access for head office, owners and managers.
UK VAT
Tax is calculated on the server, and purchase tax is kept separate from sales tax.
Delivery platform integration
Orders from food delivery apps come into the same kitchen and stock flow as every other order.
Devices and peripherals
Receipt and kitchen printers, cash drawers, scanners and scales, with devices registered and paired to each store.
Self-service kiosk and customer display
Customers can order at a kiosk, and a second screen shows them their order and total.
Reporting
Sales, stock and till reports for each store and across the whole business.
Staff PINs and manager overrides
Staff switch quickly on shared terminals, and voids, refunds and discounts need an audited manager approval.
